Description:

Organizing files, preparing documents, managing office supply inventory & scheduling appointments.
Answering and redirecting phone calls, responding to inquiries via telephone or emails
Perform administrative tasks, including scanning filing, and photocopying
Maintain confidential department files and records,
Skills & Requirements:-
3 Years of Previous experience in office administration skills or Microsft skills would be advanced.
Ability to organize multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
Excellent in writing English and fluently Speaking English
Transferable visa. Only female candidates
Preferable Fahaheel or Mangaf candidates
